Brant Pitre (n. 1975) este profesor la Seminarul Notre Dame din New Orleans, Louisiana, unde preda un curs despre Sfintele Scripturi. Si-a luat doctoratul la Universitatea Notre Dame din Indiana, cu o tema privitoare la legaturile dintre Noul Testament si iudaismul antic. Aceasta universitate l-a pastrat ca profesor asociat. Face frecvente turnee de conferinte avand ca tema principala Euharistia si radacinile ei in traditia iudaica antica.
